What is my ring size?While some rings in our collection are adjustable others are designed to fit certain sizes. Customers are requested to measure their size before placing an order.

I am interested in purchasing a product, how do I place an order?Buying products online on akraftjewels.com is very easy and safe. Once one of our jewelry pieces grabs your attention, you can open the product page and click on “Buy Now” to purchase the product. You may also continue your shopping, and use the “Add to Cart” option for adding the products to your shopping bag. Once you are ready to order, click on the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the website to get redirected to the checkout page. Here, you can edit your cart, add the coupon codes, change the quantity and check the shipping charges on your order. We recommend you create an account, and then save your address and payment details on the account for a faster and more convenient shopping experience. We offer COD as well as other online payment options (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Paytm, etc.)

Can I exchange a product more than once?No, you cannot exchange the same product more than once.

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) Available for all jewelry orders?Yes, we do offer COD services. However, it might not be available on certain selected pieces and locations because of their high price point.

How can I track my order?You can check the current status of the order on your account on www.akraftjewels.com. Simply log in to your account on the website and go to your profile, click on 'My Order' to track all the latest updates about your order.

Why is the COD option not available at my location?Our COD services are limited by the reach of our courier partners. Enter your pin code while placing the order to check the availability of the COD facility. If COD service is not supported in your location, please choose a different payment option.

Does Akraft Jewels offer any warranty on its products?For the majority of our ready-to-wear and custom jewelry collection, we offer a plating warranty for 6 months and a maintenance warranty for a lifetime at a minimal cost. In case, you want to claim the warranty, you will have to ship the products to our warehouse. For more information go to our warranty policy page! Note: Customers can only make a warranty claim on purchases that are registered on the website.

Can I change/modify my address?Yes, you can change your shipping address provided the order hasn't shipped from our warehouse. Customers can visit their account to update their address or modify it while placing the order. Please note, once the order is shipped we won't be able to change the address.

How much do Akraft Jewels charge for shipping?We charge a nominal shipping fee and offer free delivery over a certain order value (which is subject to change). Shipping charges may vary depending on your order value. Add the products you want to purchase to your cart to see the applicable shipping charges on the checkout page

I cannot find my size, what should I do?Akraft Jewels manufactures its own jewelry; hence getting your size is never an issue. Our team can always customize the product in your desired size. We recommend you carefully read the terms of our customized/personalized products thoroughly, before making a purchase.

Can I Exchange/Return a customized/personalized order?Unfortunately, Akraft Jewels do not accept exchange/return requests for customized or personalized and made to order products. This is because these products are specifically designed for you.

When will I receive the refund for my returned product?The refunds for the returned products are issued within 24-48 hours after we receive the package in the warehouse and it successfully passes the quality check. If you experience a delay in receiving your refund, kindly contact our customer care team so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?You may cancel your order or parts of the order before it’s dispatched. For custom jewelry orders customers need to make a cancellation request within 24 hours after placing the order.

Can I exchange my jewelry?Yes, you can make an exchange request for your order (or parts of the order). This includes rings in case of size issues

In which mode will I get my refund?For returns, the balance amount will be refunded back to the same payment source. In the case of COD, you will need to share your bank details with our customer care team and the amount will be refunded in the shared account. Customers need to share his/her Bank Details from their registered mobile number or email address.

How can I return my order?We have 15 days easy return policy on our ready-to-wear collection. Customers can return any jewelry including rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. However, the product should be returned in its original packaging, unworn, with the receipt and tags intact. The refund for the returned product will only be initiated if it passes the quality check. Note: Certain jewelry pieces in our collection including high-end jewelry and customized jewelry are non-returnable. Customers are advised to check the return policy of the product on its detail page before placing the order. For India, we offer a return pick-up facility. What is covered by the 6-month warranty?The Akraft Jewels warranty covers product plating issues for a limited period of 6-months. How do I claim the warranty?For claiming Akraft Jewels plating warranty customers need to follow these steps: Log in to your account on www.akraftjewels.com. Navigate to the order history page. All eligible products will have a warranty icon displayed next to them, provided you have registered the product on the website. Select the desired product(s) Click/upload the pictures of the Eligible Product(s) Add a note highlighting the issue and submit the Warranty Claim Once your claim is submitted our team shall connect with you within 72 hours. When can I claim the warranty?Customers can claim the plating warranty within 6 months and lifetime maintenance warranty at any time from the date of the delivery of the product. Please note that the warranty claim is subject to the product being used within the scope of jewelry care instructions- any deliberate exposure to water, perfumes, or other substances or its mishandling might result in the claim not being approved.

What are Akraft Jewels’ Custom Design Terms?All jewelry comes with a 6-month plating warranty All custom ring orders come with a complimentary ring resizing service. The customer needs to pay for return shipping for the same. The jewelry will be covered under a lifetime maintenance warranty against manufacturer defects. Normal fading, wear, and tear, abuse, and accidental damage are not covered under this warranty. All custom jewelry orders are nonrefundable.

Can I customize a design from your website? What about a piece I found elsewhere?We will love to customize one of our ornaments to fit you and your style. However, we don't copy designs from other artists and stores as it is illegal and unprofessional to copy another artist’s work. But our team does specialize in curating custom designs, so we will definitely be able to create a close rendition of the piece with unique elements but the same elegance that you like about your reference piece. We will try to capture something similar but original in its own right to meet your expectations.

Can I make Revisions to my Custom Design?Once our team discusses the design concept with you, we will share some computer renderings of the piece with you, which you can use as a reference to make any revisions to the design.

Is my Custom Design truly unique and one of a kind?In its essence, yes! We own the rights to all our designs, but if you give us an original custom design and we uniquely made it for you, we won't be duplicating it. However, for more simplified motifs and common designs selected by you, we cannot guarantee that some patterns or inspiration from the ring will not be recreated. However, as a courtesy to our customers, we promise to always make some alterations to it, if we ever do so, even slightly.

Can I ask a different Jeweler to copy a Jewelry Design from your Website?No, all designs on our website are original and designed by our artists and we own the rights to all of these designs. Akraft Jewels Crafts reserves the right to sue you or your company if you copy any of our designs.
